Dorothy Palanza Participates in ’10 Days of Art’ Artists and art-lovers from the year-round community of Provincetown and Cape Cod take over Provincetown Town Hall for “10 Days of Art” (Sept. 13-22), curated by Ewa Nogiec, owner of Provincetown’s Gallery Evha. Co-produced with the Provincetown Center of Coastal Studies, the theme of the festival is “Hidden Treasures,” where the art installations, performances and other events are all devoted to uncovering and appreciating the hidden treasures of nature — sea, sky, sand and land.
